Day 07- A picture of someone/something that has the biggest impact on you

These poor starving children and my mom and my friends has the biggest impact on my life. I took quite a time to make a decision and chose these children to be something that impact my life greatly. I always compare myself to the much more fortunate ones... why wasn't I this rich? Why couldn't I have branded accessories? Why am I raised in a average income ranged family?

Overtime, I got even greedier and became even more oblivious to the world. Ever since I watched TV programs regarding on third world countries suffering from lack of basic necessities, war etc and the movie called 'Soul Surfer' I realised that being appreciative of what you have now matters a lot. (When i was little i did watch third world related programs but i was too dumb to empathise them)

Frankly, to be living in Singapore is a truly blessed gift. We get to have breakfast, lunch, tea break, dinner or supper and at times we choose not to have them due to society image of 'beauty'. As for the deserving children, even just a bowl of fragrant rice would make their day as long as they are able to live.

Although there are times where I get envious of fortunate people, I try my best to appreciate what I have know and be thankful for them.

Soooooooooo when i grow up i will make BIG BUCKS and help these childrens. I really wish I have such capabilities in the future haha. OKieieiieeee bye :3

PS I understand that we are all taught to want more than what we have now but at least appreciate what we have! (I sound like an old baba right haha)
