W H Y B E T H I N ? Confidence plays a huge role in our life. One sure way to gain self-esteem is to look good and sadly, being plum definitely don't do you any good. No offence but the world is as superficial as it seems, getting a first good impression of you from others is essential.
If you think you are fat, do something about it! No one is ever stopping you so quit complaining about being fat and do nothing about it. I KNOW i'm not fat(according to my health report) but from time to time i FEEL fat and I would definitely do some fucking thing about it. So here's some tips on how I lose weight.........
1) Cut down on your food intake. Don't have rice, noodles or any food that are high in carbohydrate. Have many veggies and fruits. For my case, there was a short period of time that the sight of rice really makes me wanna puke and yea side dishes for dinner/lunch(lucky!). Choose between having either breakfast or lunch. For my case, I rarely have breakfast and consume minimal amount of food for lunch. Starvation is good, it's a sign from your body telling you that it's burning your fats but don't starve too much.
2) Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. Water makes you full and plus it's good for you so why not? Drown yourself with old-goody, trusty water. It's best to have cold water as when your body is cold, it requires energy to warm it up so it's burning the calories in your body and to warm it up.
3) Exercise(I don't do them now). Sweat. Puke. Meh. If i had the guts to make myself puke, I probably would have done it BUT don't get used to it, like seriously. The aftereffect is pretty scary.
For me, I'm aiming to get a difference of 18 to 21 from the last 2 digit of my height(in cm) minus away my weight. And lastly, does losing weight makes your boobs smaller? Well, it's different for all people, some does, some doesn't. It's all in your genes.
FYI, i have REALLY MUSCULAR arms and it's in the fucking genes... so.... best of luck to me in changing it? :)

PS I don't hate fat people. I did this post is because I am someone who sometimes have no confidence in myself and being skinny is definitely a way out for me. If you are fat and have confidence in yourself then it's fine.
